Our Story

We Just Wanted Good Salsa.

Roasted Harvest Salsa was born out of frustration — I was tired of bland, store-bought salsa that tasted more like vinegar than vegetables. Over Christmas break in 2023, I started experimenting with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, and garlic to bring out bold, natural flavors. After many trial runs, I finally landed on the perfect salsa. It was something surprisingly simple — and incredibly good.

Every jar is handcrafted in small batches using roasted ingredients, fresh produce, and no artificial junk. It starts sweet, then smoky, and finishes with a bite of heat that reminds you it’s salsa.

This is real salsa. Made with care. Roasted to perfection.
